"I always knew that there are many students doing an exchange year or term in St. Gallen but in such a big university it is not that easy to get in touch with them. The buddy system gives me the possibility to meet people from different countries all over the world and to contribute to an interesting and diversified semester for all of us."

"Ever since I was an exchange student in high school I’ve been volunteering for my exchange organization, because I believe that international exchange and friendships are a great chance to widen one’s horizon. I was always very grateful for all the help I received during my time abroad and hope that I can contribute something to the exchange students’ stay here as well! Above all, I want them to have as much fun as possible!"

"Having done an exchange year during high school I know how hard it can be sometimes to live in a foreign country. Thus I would love to help the exchange students in St. Gallen and make them enjoy their time abroad and I wouldn't want to miss the inspiring contacts with people from all over the world."

Helping the people getting along on campus and trying to make their exchange a time they will never forget is one of the main reasons I joined the BuddySystem. Being in the BS helped me getting to know the University from another point of view which I am really thankful for. I am looking forward to meeting you all!"
