"I always knew that there are many students doing an exchange year or term in St. Gallen but in such a big university it is not that easy to get in touch with them. The buddy system gives me the possibility to meet people from different countries all over the world and to contribute to an interesting and diversified semester for all of us."

Rehana Harasgama

"I wanted to be part of the BuddySystem, as I love getting to know people from all over the world and especially, because I want to make every exchange student’s stay in St.Gallen as unforgettable as possible and as easy as I can. I can’t wait to meet everyone and help everyone with anything they need this term… Let’s have some fun!"

"Hospitality is the most crucial factor determining a positive experience when you visit a foreign country. Together with the other team members of the BuddySystem I want to represent the University of Saint Gallen as a good host and make the time of the incoming students in Switzerland an unforgettable experience for all participants. I am looking forward to the next semester and a great time in Saint City and Switzerland with interesting people from around the world!"

"The BuddySystem is the perfect opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I went on exchange myself and I like getting to know new cultures. Helping the people getting along on campus and trying to make their exchange a time they will never forget is one of the main reasons I joined the BuddySystem. Being in the BS helped me getting to know the University from another point of view which I am really thankful for. I am looking forward to meeting you all!"
